Procedures
Greenberry's established procedures are well respected in the industry
To ensure the best quality of tank fabrication, Greenberry has numerous procedures which are utilized on all projects. The following are examples of some typical items:
QA/QC
Greenberry has an extensive QA/QC program that encompasses the fabrication, repair, alteration, assembly, and installation of pressure retaining items and power boilers specifically authorized by ASME and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. Greenberry's program supports and maintains the following accreditations issued by those organizations: “A”, “PP”, “U”, and “R”. The goal of the program is to ensure those products and services provided by Greenberry meet or exceed established Code requirements, and that Greenberry is recognized as a qualified fabrication, repair, alteration, and assembly contractor.
Greenberry’s internal procedures include developing specific QC manuals that are available to all sites and employees involved in the Quality Control Program. Our manuals include an extensive description of policy and authority, organization, duties and responsibilities, code stamp control, document control, testing requirements, calibration, record retention, and inspection.
