Safety is our Highest Value

Priorities change but values don't. From the top down, SAFETY is managed and implemented. A Safe Work Plan is developed for each project and is reviewed, documented and signed by the client. These Safe Work Plans are thoroughly discussed and reviewed with our crews, who also sign the document before performing any work. Everyone on the job must understand what hazards exist and how to mitigate them. The Safe Work Plan is posted and available throughout the project.

Our dedicated safety manager and full-time safety coordinator work to maintain the top level of training for all craft personnel. All employees receive annual required training on topics such as Aerial Lift Operation, Scaffold User, Fall Prevention & Protection, Lock Out / Tag Out, Haz-Com, Ladder Use, Personal Protective Equipment, Hearing Conservation, Powered Industrial Trucks, Material Handlers and Equipment Operation to name a few. Further, most lead Personnel in the field receive first aid/CPR training. Safety orientations at multiple client facilities supplement the ongoing training Greenberry Industrial employees receive.

Greenberry Industrial is recognized as having a stringent drug and alcohol policy with a 10% monthly random testing program. Our employees expect their co-workers to be on a team that plays by the rules. They look out for each and every person in their work areas and keep each other SAFE.
