Field assembly of ASME pressure vessel, fabrication and installation of process piping, pumps, and mixer
Service Provided
- Field assembly of 220 ft. tall ASME vessel - three pieces with field joints
- Top section piece was 110,000 lbs. The pick was using 308 ton Demag crane.
- Fabricate and install 1,000 lineal feet of stainless steel process piping.
- Process piping included 24", 16", 12", and 8"
- Installation of new dilution pump and mixer
- On schedule
- Zero lost time accidents
- Start date: December 2007
- Completion date: March 2008
