Service Provided

Complete recommissioning of two 15 MW 1954 GE turbine generators.
Pre-assembly of motors, pumps, bases, heat exchangers.
Fabrication and installation of new cooler end plates and spacers to replace existing.
Complete cleaning of hydraulic unit. Assistance in multiple flushing of all lines and reservoirs.
Organizing, cataloguing, and labeling of all parts and pieces shipped from previous location of new turbines Inspection
Fabrication and installation of alternate condensate drains and catch basin.
Commissioning of Reverse Osmosis unit.
Repair to Cooling Tower structure.
Fixed multiple hydraulic leaks found at start-up.
Installation of new cooler to hydraulic system and associated piping fabrication and installation.
Main turbine bearing removal, cleaning, inspection, and replacement.
Clean, polish, and set thrust plates.
Mic and set all shaft tolerances.
Inspect and repair main oil pump on both turbines.
Repair Bauser tanks and piping.
