Project Description

Complete fabrication and installation of new 20,000 gallon stainless steel aqueous ammonia pressure vessel, concrete containment area, and associated piping.

Service Provided

  • Engineering and fabrication of ASME 20,000 gallon vertical pressure vessel
  • Subcontract management of tank fill and vapor recovery piping system
  • Fabrication of galvanized structural steel stairs, ladders, and platforms
  • Subcontract management for installation of temperature, pressure, and level sensing devices
  • Subcontract management of low voltage wiring of sensing devices
  • Hydrotest of completed pressure vessel assembly and freight to jobsite
  • Subcontract management of site preparation activities
  • Subcontract management of new containment area including excavation, containment foundation, and backfill/patching
  • Commissioning and start-up support
