Over the years Greenberry has established itself as a quality performer in the complex metals fabrication. Greenberry has made the commitment to its customers and employees to have the tools and facility to produce the highest quality fabrication. Greenberry is constantly upgrading our industrial fabrication facility with state-of-the-art equipment to make this possible.

The following is an overview of our facilities:

VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON
(Deep Water Access - Columbia River)

Greenberry has a waterfront fabrication facility located in Vancouver, Washington along the Columbia River. This facility enables us to fabricate and ship internationally and domestically large tanks, pressure vessels, modules, bridge steel, and large structural components. The space has functional material handling utilizing overhead cranes, jibs, hoists, and heavy forklifts.

The facility consists of:

• 32,500 sq ft of covered fabrication space
• 49’-6” under the crane hook
• Deep water dock and launch access for barge transportation
• Additional outside assembly and storage area available as needed
• Rail access directly to the fabrication space
• Conveniently located to international airport, and major interstate highways

CORVALLIS, OREGON

Greenberry's Corvallis facility is state of the art, and was established over 30 years ago. Over the years, the facility has gone through many improvements which make it one of best fabrication facilities on the west coast. The facility is accustomed to fabricating tanks, pressure vessels, structural steel, piping systems, and modules of all metallurgies.

The facility consists of:

• Over six acres with 44,000 total square feet of four covered climate control buildings
• 12,000 square foot tank and pressure vessel fabrication building with overhead cranes, jibs, automated positioners, manipulators, plant roll, shape roll, and welding machines
• 25,000 square foot structural steel fabrication building with overhead cranes, jibs, plate shear, press break, and welding machines
• 10,000 square foot pipe fabrication building with overhead cranes, automated pipe positioners, manipulators, beveling, and welding machines
• Dedicated yard space for module fabrication and assembly
• Over 70 full time highly qualified welders and fabricators, certified in many different alloys and materials
• Over 140 certified welding procedures
• Certifications including ASME (S, U, and PP), AISC (major bridge with fracture critical endorsement), and NQA-1

BURLINGTON, WASHINGTON

Greenberry's Burlington facility is conveniently located along interstate I-5 to support customers in Northwest Washington. The facility includes not only a team of professionals (construction management, controls, estimating), but a fabrication facility.

The facility consists of:

• 5,000 square feet of fabrication space with jib crane, automated pipe positioners, manipulators, and welding machines
• 5,000 square feet of outside fabrication and laydown area
• 2,000 square feet of office space
• Ability to fabricate miscellaneous small bore piping systems, structural supports, and miscellaneous structural elements
• Easy access to interstate I-5
• Ample parking
